Sister Wives star Robyn Brown made a few enemies among her co-wives and the viewers through the years, but today it looks like the TLC show’s cameras might have also joined that club. Or at least it looks this way to some of the viewers today.
A bizarre thing keeps happening this season. It’s something the fans picked up on, they see a pattern so far when handling Robyn on the screen.
Sister Wives: Robyn Brown Looking Good – Then Bad?
Robyn Brown looks at the camera this season and says several different things. And some of these things are against her co-wives. If the youngest bride wanted publicity, well she got it.
But from what the Sister Wives fans say today, the publicity that’s piling up for her is not very good. For many years viewers called Wife #4 the “home wrecker.”
She even acknowledged this on the Sister Wives show a few times in the past. So, the fourth wife already came into the new season with her reputation a bit tarnished.
But she comes on the screen looking good, as if she’s advocating for the family to come back together. But after the TLC cameras get through with her, that good-sounding blurb suddenly turns bad.
This season it seems as if the TLC cameras let her have her say. Then they put someone on the screen to say something different. Or the Sister Wives cameras show a scene that has her contradicting herself.
Robyn Points the Finger of Blame…
One of the most astonishing scenes popped up in a recent Sister Wives episode. Robyn Brown blamed Christine Brown for the demise of the family. But what was astonishing came along next.
First, anyone who has watched this reality series for any length of time would likely not blame Christine for Kody Brown’s life in shambles. So, that got the viewers riled up.
But Meri Brown did something she doesn’t ordinarily do. That’s to go against Robyn Brown. So, when Meri stood up for her co-wife Christine following Robyn’s statement, fans were stunned. Meri said that Christine was not the reason that the Sister Wives family faltered.
This is not the first time that Meri contradicted her youngest co-wife on camera lately. This season, the TLC cameras seem to catch a lot of responses from Meri and the other wives as well. That is after Robyn Brown says something that they don’t agree with.
Sister Wives: Flushing Out the Fourth Wife Season 18
Even Kody Brown contradicts Robyn Brown this season. On Sunday night’s episode, Robyn tried to fill Meri’s head with hope that Kody would mend their marriage. While the first wife knew there was not much chance of that, Robyn still pushed.
Some fans suggested that Robyn tried to make a fool out of her Sister Wives co-wife. But Kody seemed to make that backfire for his youngest wife. He said that Robyn Brown wants him to have a husband-wife relationship with his first wife again. But that’s not going to happen.
Then, Robyn also said the family falling apart has been a strain on her marriage. But if you listen to Kody, he claims the only problem he and Robyn face is that they still can’t show their love in front of the other women. So, being at his first wife’s house was very uncomfortable for him for that reason.
Robyn also suggested that she’ll miss Meri now that she won’t be around as often. Yet the camera zooms in on Meri saying that Robyn seldom reaches out to her anymore.
They don’t see each other, never mind talk. Yet she’s acting like she’s losing her best friend. No, that shipped sailed, Meri’s best friend is Jenn Sullivan today.
A Schedule and a Scowl
In Sunday’s episode, the fourth wife said to the first wife they would need to “schedule” in some time. Then Kody looked at Robyn for clarification on what she meant by that.
When he learns she’s talking about scheduling time for them to see Meri, he not only scowls but later, he goes off about his youngest wife on camera. He claims he’s with one wife now who is loyal. So, it seems like every time Wife # 4 speaks, the Sister Wives camera picks up someone who negates what she says.
From Christine and Janelle Brown, who both previously made clear that they are done with Robyn, to Meri and Kody Brown who still remain by her side, the TLC cameras seem to get it all documented this Season.
