Sister Wives – Garrison Brown Has Been Laid To Rest! Rest in Peace Soldier..😢

Garrison Brown, son of “Sister Wives” stars Janelle and Kody Brown, has been laid to rest following his apparent suicide last week.

The 25-year-old’s cousin, Emma Brown, confirmed in an Instagram post over the weekend that his funeral was held Saturday.

“This is everything I wish you could’ve heard before I had to say goodbye,” she wrote in a post addressed to Garrison. “We love you. I don’t even own a picture of you without your contagious smile. I don’t know if I have the right words to say I’ll miss you. I wish I was able to give you a hug and tell you how much you were loved. You were human, you had flaws but never once did I doubt the friendship we had. I’ll always cherish the times I got to spend with you. We planned to go on so many backpacking trips but only made it to one.”

Emma recalled Garrison’s “goofy dad jokes, our coffee runs, the dinners we shared,” and how he “made sure I knew I could always talk to you.”

“You were a son, a brother, a soldier, and a friend. If there is a god I hope he’s giving you peace,” she wrote.

Garrison, one of six children shared by Janelle and former polygamist Kody, was found dead at his Flagstaff, Ariz. residence last Tuesday by his brother Gabriel. The 22-year-old had been asked to check on Garrison after the latter sent troubling texts to a group the family works with.

Garrison died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, local authorities told TMZ.

Janelle and Kody — from whom Garrison was reportedly estranged — confirmed their son’s death via social media last week, saying: “His loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away. We ask that you please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory.”
