Gina Knight appears to reveal one of her sister’s secrets
FREDDIE Slater is set to make a shocking discovery about his friend Anna Knight in upcoming EastEnders episodes.
The two pals have grown closer as Freddie (Bobby Brazier) supported her through the aftermath of a horrendous spiking.
Anna was out clubbing with her sister when someone slipped a harmful substance in her drink.
The poor girl ended up in hospital, but decided against reporting the incident to police.
While she was still processing the incident, her boyfriend Bobby Beale accidentally made an insensitive comment about it, leading her to put some space between them.
In contrast, Freddie has been nothing but supportive, leaving some of Anna’s relatives wondering if he might be a better match for her.
New scenes will see Gina confront her sister, warning her not to string Bobby along if it’s actually Freddie she loves.
An angry Anna is quick to retort that her and Bobby are perfect together, and despite their rough patch, she still wants to be with him.
Unfortunately, Freddie just so happened to overhear the part of the conversation where Gina implied Anna was in love with him.
Knowing that she has a boyfriend, he decides to do the moral thing and stay away from her, despite secretly having a crush on her.
The teens had a fling before Anna got into a relationship with Bobby, and although they have tried to stay friends since, viewers begin to realise that Freddie has been harbouring feelings for the girl.
After the Sun’s announcement earlier this year that the actor who plays Bobby is quitting the soap, EastEnders fans have been speculating about what the character’s final storyline will be.
Several already think that his exit from Walford will be related to the love triangle that may be developing between him, Anna, and Freddie.
Some viewers predicted that Anna will leave Bobby for Freddie or cheat on him with her friend, prompting him to leave the area for good.
Clay Milner Russel is the fifth actor to play troubled Bobby, having taken over from Eliot Carrington in 2019.
