Gina and Peter get involved.
EastEnders spoilers follow.
EastEnders’ Cindy Beale and Junior Knight are set to face another obstacle as their torrid affair continues.
The pair slept together once earlier this year, but in recent weeks they have begun a proper affair, behind Ian’s back.
This week will see Cindy resort to desperate measures, promoting Bobby to manager of Beale’s Eels so he can look after the shop while she heads off for some precious time with Junior.

There will be a close shave as Bobby arrives home as Cindy and Junior are heading upstairs, but the couple are now set to face even more challenges.
Next week, Peter is annoyed to find out that his younger brother Bobby was promoted to manager at Beale’s Eels over him.
Lauren is suspicious and reckons that there must be another reason as to why Cindy did this as she wouldn’t do Bobby a favour without motive – after Lucy’s murder, Cindy obviously isn’t his biggest fan.

Peter theorises that Bobby’s promotion is as a result of their family dramas, but he couldn’t be further from the truth.
Junior overhears Peter, Lauren and Gina speculating about Cindy, and decides to offer Peter a job on his new contract to keep him out of the way.
But this doesn’t go down well with Cindy, who is angry to hear that Peter is going to work for Junior. She decides to offer him the manager’s job at Beale’s Eels instead – happy to demote Bobby, who is struggling in the role.

This plan doesn’t work, so she demands Junior not to hire Peter, but he refuses to take back his job offer.
Lauren asks Cindy why she is so determined to stop Peter working with Junior and, to cover her tracks, Cindy tells a lie which discredits her secret lover.
Later, Junior invites Cindy round for a late-night glass of wine, so she gets glammed up and makes her excuses before heading over.
But before Cindy arrives, Junior gets another visitor – Gina, Cindy’s daughter and Junior’s half-sister.
This week, Linda is rushed to hospital, and Johnny tells Gina that he blames her for what happened. He tells her to move out, which leads Gina to ask Junior if she can move in.
Junior is thrown by this request, while panicking that Cindy will turn up soon, so he upsets Gina by rejecting her.
Will Cindy and Junior’s affair remain under wraps?
